Trust & Privacy · Browser-first forms

Inspect the form before you trust the file.

The Continuity Desk is designed so the primary form is ordinary HTML. You can read it, inspect it, and print it without downloading a document or creating an account.

What the site does — and does not do

Trust boundaries should be visible.

This is an independent educational continuity project, not a government portal, emergency service, insurer, law office, clinic, or records repository.

No form submission

The printable sheets are static HTML. They contain blank lines, tables, and checkboxes—not web fields that send completed information to Built To Resist.

No account required

Reading and browser printing require no login, profile, membership, or registration.

Downloads are optional

Every form has a browser-print path. PDFs exist only as convenience copies for people who want them.

Sheet-only pages

Every numbered form sheet has its own plain web page. Use the browser Print command to print that one sheet, even if the sheet-selection JavaScript is unavailable.

Completed records stay with you

Share blank forms. Protect completed medical, financial, identity, missing-person, organizational, and other sensitive records according to their contents.

Optional-file verification

The integrity manifest publishes SHA-256 hashes and file sizes for optional PDFs and packets so downloaded copies can be checked independently.

Browser printing

Three ways to print without trusting a download.

Form pageOpen the full form and print all numbered sheets.
One-sheet buttonSelect one visible sheet and send only that sheet to the browser print dialog.
Sheet-only URLOpen a single-sheet web page and use the normal browser Print command. No selector script is required.

The Continuity Desk's form and sheet pages load site-local CSS/JavaScript only. The sheet-only page does not require the site's JavaScript bundle to display the form. The print button calls the browser's built-in print dialog; the browser-menu Print command remains the fallback.

Print preview is the final check: browser and printer drivers differ. Confirm that the full sheet border/footer appears before committing a sensitive completed record to paper.
