This changelog tracks corrections, source-status changes, and reader-facing research changes. Routine build noise belongs in technical project history, not here.
The podcast collection is now a first-class primary and footer section across the site, podcast pages carry the correct active-navigation state, and the homepage hero provides a high-visibility direct route to the audio collection.
Public counts now come from one canonical content manifest. The Paths count is 13; Movement Directory count is 26; the footer distinguishes reports, topic families, profiles, and sourced pilot dossiers.
The methodology and comparative case language now state that archival reports preserve provenance. Edited publication pages should follow stronger evidence when it conflicts with an archived report, while preserving the original report unchanged.
The audit found 1,323 markers in 16 of 21 report readers. Because the underlying bibliographic references cannot be reliably reconstructed from those tokens, they are not presented as resolved citations.
The new pages separate actors and phases, add chronology, state response, civilian consequences, aftermath, competing interpretations, limitations, and direct sources.

The intake contained 102 files. SHA-256 comparison found 62 exact copies of already-preserved reports and 40 genuinely new reports, bringing the durable project corpus to 122 unique reports. Supported findings were routed into project memory with report-section deep links; public linking is limited to historical/comparative source material while influence-operations and sensitive conflict material remains source-only.
Added a 17-case revolutionary-literature evidence matrix, 23 source-to-context research trails, machine-readable source archive metadata, and source-level contribution/caveat panels. Contextual routes remain distinct from formal support or qualification edges.
