This changelog tracks corrections, source-status changes, and reader-facing research changes. Routine build noise belongs in technical project history, not here.
Public counts now come from one canonical content manifest. The Paths count is 13; Movement Directory count is 26; the footer distinguishes reports, topic families, profiles, and sourced pilot dossiers.
The methodology and comparative case language now state that archival reports preserve provenance. Edited publication pages should follow stronger evidence when it conflicts with an archived report, while preserving the original report unchanged.
The audit found 1,323 markers in 16 of 21 report readers. Because the underlying bibliographic references cannot be reliably reconstructed from those tokens, they are not presented as resolved citations.
The new pages separate actors and phases, add chronology, state response, civilian consequences, aftermath, competing interpretations, limitations, and direct sources.
Added a 21-family Claim Atlas, a 17-record qualification ledger, machine-readable claim routing, and report-level claim panels. Topic-level report relations remain labeled “informs” unless the preserved internal register contains a more specific support or qualification relation.
